The price of the trip includes a $1.00 per day voluntary fee which is donated to the Grand Canyon Conservation Fund. The Grand Canyon Conservation Fund disperses the money between non-profit groups that help protect the Grand Canyon, provide environmental education, or enhance access for persons who are physically challenged. If you elect not to participate in this pass through program, simply deduct the donation from your invoice at any point during your reservation.

How to Sign up

1. Pick several dates from the Trip Schedule that fit your needs. Full Canyon "no exchange" trip dates might be available. Inquire with reservation staff for details.
2. Call our office to check your preferred date availability and reserve your spot(s) on a Grand Canyon trip (800) 786-7238
3. Alternatively, place your name on a wait list (people frequently cancel or change their date).
4. Submit a non-refundable $250 deposit per person for individual reservations, or a non-refundable $400 deposit per person for group reservations to our office within 10 days of making a reservation (no deposits required for placement on a wait list). A group reservation is defined as 10 or more spaces on the same trip. Deposits may be paid by personal check or Visa/MasterCard.

Final paperwork and payment are due 120 days prior
to your trip date or immediately if booking within the 120 day period.

Before your trip departure date, we will send you supplemental information on trip insurance, itinerary, accommodations, equipment lists and other details about your trip. If you would like to receive this information before reserving your trip, please let us know, or look at the Detailed Trip Info.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
All cancellations must be received by us in writing. All trip payments and hotel payments are refundable until 120 days prior to your trip date, less the $250 or $400 per person deposit, which is non-refundable. NO refunds are available after 120 day deadline. We strongly recommend you purchase some type of trip insurance. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions it is necessary to explore your trip insurance options within two weeks of submitting your deposit because most trip insurance companies have pre-existing condition clauses (meaning they will only cover your pre-existing condition if you purchase insurance immediately after making your booking). For more information regarding trip insurance, please check out the Travelex trip insurance website. Consider purchasing the addition "Cancel for Any Reason" coverage. With the recent events around the globe, we recommend you consider purchasing Cancel for Any Reason coverage. Here are a few ways Travelex clients can utilize the Cancel for Any Reason upgrade option: • Civil unrest breaks out at their destination prior to departure • An oil spill pollutes the beach area they are planning to enjoy • The family pet gets sick or has an accident • ANY other reason! Travelex offers a variety of options with Cancel for any Reason coverage, including a Cancel for Trip Delay reason.

Repeat Discount
We honor a 10% repeat discount for those passengers who travel with us at least once every three years.

Interested in 2014?

We would love to be your preferred Grand Canyon rafting outfitter for the 2014 river season. We are currently accepting "Reservation Requests." Submitting a "Reservation Request" will ensure you are contacted as soon as possible. We will begin taking "official" reservations when we receive final approval from the National Park Service on dates and for prices for the 2014 season. It is quite likely the 2014 schedule will look much like the 2013 schedule in trip types and launch dates. It is also likely prices will hover somewhere around or slightly above 2013 trip prices. If you would like to be on the 2014 Reservation Request list, please contact our office via email (info@azraft.com) or call 800-786-7238. It is highly likely we will proceed with 2014 bookings late fall of 2013. Thank you for your patience. We want to ensure you receive the most accurate information possible.

This service is operated by Arizona Raft Adventures and Grand Canyon Discovery, Concessioners under contract with the U.S. Government and administered by the National Park Service. The Concessioners are responsible for conducting these operations in a satisfactory manner. Prices are approved by the National Park Service.
