Due to the physically demanding nature of the All Paddle trip, physical conditioning prior to your trip is a MUST! You are required to paddle the entire length of the trip and everyone is expected to pull his or her own weight. Paddling is not always easy and certain conditions such as wind, heat, cold, low water, fatigue and maneuvering through rapids will make paddling more difficult. Please make your decision wisely when deciding whether a paddle trip is right for you.
